Sodexo is seeking a Senior Cook at Wisconsin Lutheran College in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time role features varying shifts and a focus on quality food service and customer satisfaction.

You will prepare and present hot and cold dishes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and catered events, following established recipes and safety standards, while supporting a positive kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to follow complex recipes and produce large batches.
• Reliable and adaptable with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold food items for breakfast, lunch, dinner and events.
• Follow complex recipes and production directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary techniques; garnish where appropriate.
• May oversee production staff and train/assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and reliably.
