Job summary

Sodexo Framingham State University is seeking a Senior Cook to prepare nutritious dishes with a strong emphasis on customer service. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality meals across Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and catered events.

The role requires 4+ years of kitchen experience, reliability, and a focus on safe, healthy food preparation. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment on-site in Framingham, MA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Team oriented, adaptable, reliable, and safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot/cold items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batches using classical and contemporary techniques, plating and garnishing.
• May oversee production staff, train and assign tasks.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; perform other duties as needed.
