Job summary

Senior Cook position at Sodexo serving the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Full-time role with open shifts and pay range $21–$27 per hour. On-site opportunity to contribute to campus dining with flexible workdays.

You'll prepare nutritious meals, follow recipes, manage portions, and participate in food waste reduction while delivering strong customer service and supporting a safe, team-focused kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of related work experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and fosters a safe working environment.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow complex recipes and product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
• May supervise production staff and train/assign tasks.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
