Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from accredited college/university.
• Minimum 10 years high-level executive leadership in large-scale human services or healthcare.
• Extensive expertise in HCBS, Medicaid waiver administration, and developmental disabilities policy.
• Proficiency in managing fiscal resources, grants, and strategic planning.
• Experience managing complex federal and state regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated engagement with executive leadership, Governor's Office, Maryland General Assembly, and provider networks.

• Oversight of statewide program operations supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
