Job summary

HDR in Omaha, Nebraska seeks a Senior Conveyance Project Manager licensed PE to plan, direct, and monitor conveyance and pipeline projects, asset management, and pump stations.

You will lead engineering design, manage budgets and schedules, maintain client relations, mentor staff, and collaborate with executives on project reviews, while ensuring QA/QC and compliance across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• PE license or equivalent in location.
• 10+ years in planning, design, and project management.
• Leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design, project coordination, and writing of specs.
• Plan work, design methods, reports, staffing, and schedule within budget.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing and meetings.
• Oversee multiple projects, QA/QC, and staff training.
• Mentor junior PMs and participate in recruitment.
• Collaborate with managers on project reviews.
• Contribute to practice groups and business development.
• Perform additional duties as required.
