Job summary

DuHadaway Tool and Die Shop in Newark, Delaware is seeking an experienced Conventional Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. Set up and operate conventional machines to fabricate and repair components with tight tolerances for power generation, aerospace, and industrial markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience operating mills and lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient in precision measuring tools.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate conventional machining equipment to meet precise tolerances.
• Read drawings and GD&T; select tooling and feeds.
• Inspect finished components with precision instruments.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and document production data.
