You will perform preventative maintenance on thermoforming machines and maintain essential auxiliary equipment including chillers, compressors, and HVAC systems. The role requires reading schematics and production documents and includes wage progression after training.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and understand machine schematics.
• Ability to read shop orders and production documents.
• Capable of accurate record-keeping of production data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on thermoforming machines.
• Ensure auxiliary equipment (chillers, compressors, HVAC) is operational.
• Own and use necessary hand tools for maintenance activities.
• Ensure safety guarding is functional on all machinery.
• Coordinate downtime schedules for preventative maintenance with lead techs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area at all times.
