Job summary

Edison Smart® in Alabama is seeking a technically strong BAS professional to take ownership of field projects, lead installations and commissioning activities, and mentor junior technicians across commercial, institutional and industrial projects.

The role involves programming, configuring, and commissioning Niagara N4 systems, leading on-site installation, startup, and service efforts, and coordinating with contractors and building owners while mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of building automation systems experience.
• Niagara N4 Certification or Niagara experience.
• Strong BAS programming, graphics and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and sequences of operation.
• Previous experience leading field activities and mentoring technicians.
• Willingness to travel across Central & North Alabama, including overnight stays.
