Job summary

Ameresco, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Senior Controls Service Specialist to support building automation systems across the Cincinnati, OH area. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and on-site service calls to ensure systems operate within service agreement terms.

Responsibilities include commissioning of control and HVAC systems, troubleshooting equipment, developing time estimates, and providing on-site training and technical guidance to customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in the field of DDC control systems for commercial buildings.
• Hands on experience with BAS controls.
• Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems (e.g., RTU’s, AHU’s, VAV’s, VFD’s, Pumps, Motors, Boilers, Chillers and Cooling Towers).
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

This candidate will perform technical support for service agreement tasks and scheduled assignments to ensure that systems covered under a service agreement are properly maintained and operating correctly.**Responsibilities:*** Performs preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building systems and components according to the service agreement terms.* Respond to customer service calls either on-site, remotely, or in an emergency situation.
