CSP Composite is seeking an experienced Global Controls & Robotics leader to standardize PLC, robot, and HMI programming across multiple manufacturing sites in the automotive sector. You will define hardware/software platforms, build reusable code, and guide capital equipment projects with a focus on safety and efficiency.

You will travel globally to support manufacturing operations, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement in OEE, downtime reduction, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of controls/automation experience; 5+ years leading multi-site initiatives.
• Automotive manufacturing and greenfield/brownfield project experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain global standards for PLC programming architecture, robot programming, HMI development, controls hardware, electrical design, naming conventions, and documentation.
• Standardize automation programming methodologies across all facilities.
• Define approved hardware and software platforms.
• Develop engineering design guidelines for new automation systems.
• Lead controls reviews for capital equipment and support integration.
• Establish global robot programming standards for Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, and Motoman/Yaskawa.
• Develop commissioning procedures and support troubleshooting.
• Develop a corporate HMI roadmap and standardize screens, alarms, and dashboards.
• Standardize backups, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and restoration procedures.
• Maintain standardized electrical drawings, network architecture, and commissioning checklists.
