Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking an experienced program manager to lead New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering development programs within the Gas Power PMO.

You will manage project execution, risks, and mitigations to meet commitments while maintaining key metrics for quality and efficiency. Essential responsibilities include creating schedules, resource validation, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, tested, and documented outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, math, or CS.
• 8+ years in engineering or program/project management of engineered systems.
• Experience interfacing with leadership and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management execution for assigned projects per GE Gas Power standards.
• Create and maintain internal and external project schedules.
• Validate proper resource assignment and manage spending per plan.
• Guide teams through NPI Development Process with engineering policy adherence.
• Coordinate activities to ensure on-time, complete, tested, and documented deliverables.
• Actively manage risks and mitigations to avoid misses.
