Job summary

FORTNA in the United States seeks a Lead Controls Program Engineer to drive pre-award controls engineering for complex projects, focusing on standardization, modularization, and alignment with FedEx needs. You will ensure scope, schedules, and budgets meet standards and act as the primary technical liaison between engineering, sales, and FedEx teams.

During handover, you will prepare risk assessments, identify opportunities, share lessons learned, and develop FedEx specification packages.

  • Serve as internal lead technical interface for FedEx, guiding conversations across the organization.
  • Assist strategic sourcing of materials and components, optimizing resources and schedules.
  • Demonstrate strong communication to drive cross-disciplinary collaboration.
