MCA - Alpolic seeks a Sr. Engineer, Controls and Automation to provide senior-level plant engineering leadership for electrical power, controls, OT, SCADA, and equipment reliability in a continuous manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Five or more years of progressively responsible electrical, controls, automation, OT, SCADA, or plant-engineering experience in manufacturing or a comparable industrial environment.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial electrical and controls systems and supporting equipment installation, modification, and commissioning.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, specification, modification, and support of electrical and control systems including power distribution, motor-control equipment, PLCs, HMIs, drives, instrumentation, sensors, and networks.
• Develop control narratives, functional requirements, I/O lists, panels, schematics, and network architecture.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, and Siemens PLC/HMI platforms and associated drives.
• Support legacy systems while planning migrations and obsolescence.
• Coordinate IT/OT boundary requirements and cybersecurity considerations.
