Job summary

Martin Marietta Materials, Inc. is seeking a Controls Manager in the Central Division, based out of the Kansas City area.

The role focuses on troubleshooting and maintaining PLC controls for all plants in the region and coordinating electrical repairs and upgrades related to plant controls. The Controls Manager will drive upgrades, improve plant efficiency, reporting, and capacity while working with engineering and external vendors on capital projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting PLC-based plant controls and automation systems.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC controls across plants in the region.
• Coordinate in-house automation repairs and upgrades.
• Research and implement upgrades to improve safety, efficiency and reporting.
