Amazon Nashville is seeking a Senior Controls Integration Engineer to lead design, integration, and delivery of complex control systems for worldwide fulfillment operations. You will write control specs, troubleshoot PLCs (Allen-Bradley), and coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize safety, reliability, and performance across material handling systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 7+ years PLC system experience.
7+ years designing, developing, implementing, and supporting PLC-based systems.
Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and industrial networking.
Proven experience in full lifecycle of control system projects from concept to turnover.
Willingness to travel up to 40% domestically.

Responsibilities

Write control specification documents for deployment of system designs.
Integrate control system products and partner with suppliers and customers.
Commissioning: optimize system to predefined criteria and handover to customers.
PLC troubleshooting and diagnostics to maintain uptime.
Own and develop commissioning/testing tasks for systems.
Lead initiatives to enhance engineering, testing, and operational practices.
Conduct analysis and testing of existing and prospective solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop control specs and training materials.
Lead incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and documentation.
Engage in industrial engineering design for material handling systems.
Ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols and mitigate risks.
Foster relationships with stakeholders.
