Qualifications

• 5+ years leading and mentoring engineering teams with technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the controls engineering team across multiple product lines.
• Manage resources, priorities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership for gas turbine and generator controls (GE Mark VIe, Woodward, AB PLC).
• Develop and standardize control software, architecture, and documentation.
• Support FAT, commissioning, startup, and field troubleshooting.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross‑functional collaboration.
