Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on experience in industrial controls and automation.
• Expertise in Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLC systems.
• Experience designing, programming, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, program, and troubleshoot industrial control systems.
• Develop and modify PLC programs using Allen-Bradley/Rockwell platforms.
• Work with Rockwell PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, industrial networks, and related automation equipment.
• Perform system commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and onsite support.
• Develop and maintain PLC, HMI, and control system documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and controls-related equipment issues.
• Support machine upgrades, process improvements, and new equipment installations.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Develop control system standards and programming practices.
• Interface with electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, maintenance personnel, vendors, and production teams.
• Assist with project planning, system architecture, equipment specifications, and vendor selection.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior controls engineers and technicians.
• Ensure control systems meet applicable safety, quality, and operational requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
