Job summary
Davies Engineering Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer with 10+ years in design, programming, and commissioning of industrial control systems. You will lead projects with a focus on Rockwell Automation platforms, and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver reliable solutions.
The ideal candidate has strong PLC/HMI skills, experience with AutoCAD and electrical power systems, and a drive for professional growth.
Qualifications
- ABET-accredited engineering degree preferred; equivalent experience and competence considered.
- Experience designing, programming, and commissioning industrial control systems.
- Exposure to industrial electrical power systems preferred.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Excel, and Word.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams of controls engineers across multiple projects.
- Develop automation quality control standards and manage budgets/schedules.
- Coordinate construction/commissioning with teams and clients.
- Prepare control system designs and project documentation using AutoCAD.
