Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field.
• 5–8 years in a controls engineering role in manufacturing OR 3–5 years in a systems integrator.
• Strong understanding of control system design and industrial automation.
• Excellent PLC, HMI, and robotics programming skills.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with AC circuits, VFDs, motors, panels.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate PLCs, HMIs, and motion control for industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot plant automation issues and optimize control systems.
• Program PLCs, HMIs, robots to meet system requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital projects.
• Create documentation for control systems and equipment records.
• Lead control-related projects from initiation to completion.
