Job summary

IMCS in Holcomb, KS seeks an experienced IT/Automation Lead to oversee and direct technology-based processes across departments. You will develop and manage environments, ensure IT service levels, and collaborate with decision makers to implement cost-effective solutions while aligning with policies and best practices.

You'll guide PLC/SCADA/HMI projects, support modernization efforts, and mentor cross-functional teams through the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other technical area (or equivalent experience).
• 6+ years of experience in Information Systems with proven programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, 4GL programming, scripting, and SQL.
• Knowledge in PLC programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting in industrial environments; ladder logic and HMI integration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide technical direction for technology-based processes.
• Develop and manage technical environments for each department.
• Attain all IT service level agreements for the user community.
• Define and implement IT policies, standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with decision makers to identify, develop, implement, and support cost-effective solutions.
