Qualifications

• Minimum BS in Electrical Engineering.
• Five to ten years of electrical engineering experience in related projects.
• Allen-Bradley PLC and HMI experience required.
• AutoCAD experience required (electrical schematics, panel layouts).
• Experience with control component selection and control panel design.
• Experience starting up control panels and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop Controls Engineering quotes and proposals based on customer project needs.
• Create Functional Specification documentation.
• Design Controls Engineering drawings including electrical schematics and panel layouts.
• Outline drawings and component details for electrical systems.
• Network communication drawings and BOMs for procurement.
• Test and troubleshoot panels and control systems.
• Program PLC systems (FactoryTalk View Studio).
• Program HMI systems (Panelview, FactoryTalk View SE).
• Program Historian systems (FactoryTalk Historian).
• Collaborate with customers to integrate controls solutions.
• Travel to customer sites for field startup and integration.
