Job summary

R-V Industries, Inc. in Langhorne, PA is seeking a Controls Engineer to own and enhance HMI applications and system integration for pharmaceutical machinery.

You will work with Allen-Bradley PLCs, SQL databases, cameras, and laser controls, focusing on VB.NET (or C# with VB.NET adapt). Ideal candidate has 4+ years PLC programming, experience with Studio 5000, Step7/WINCC, and a manufacturing/automation environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in machine PLC programming.
• Proficiency with Studio 5000 ladder logic.
• Proficiency with Kinetix 5500 servo drive setup and configuration.
• Proficiency with electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with Siemens Step 7 and WINCC a plus.
• Experience with VB .Net applications is a plus.
• Experience with SQL databases is a plus.
• Understanding of industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, TCP/IP).

Responsibilities

• Develop scratch PLC code using Rockwell Studio 5000, CCW, and Siemens Step7.
• Develop machine HMI using FT View Studio SE/ME and Siemens WIN CC.
• Configure Cognex and Keyence camera systems.
