American Fuji Seal is seeking a Controls Engineer to design, develop, install, and support electrical control systems for automated equipment. This role emphasizes PLC and HMI hardware and software, including programming, testing, commissioning, and customer training.

You will collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver reliable automation solutions that meet operating and performance requirements, while documenting work and supporting ongoing improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Controls, or Automation Engineering.
• 5–7 years of controls engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Experience designing, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting PLC and HMI systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical control systems for automated equipment.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
• Support installation, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Travel 90% to visit customer sites.
