The Controls Engineer at Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) will lead strategic controls implementations across multiple sites, standardize practices, and guide PLC-driven systems for manufacturing and warehousing. Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2–4 years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong PLC programming and motion control knowledge.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley/Rockwell automation is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Directs and provides strategic controls implementation guidance across manufacturing and warehouse departments.
• Develops high‑level control strategies for automated equipment and PLC­driven machinery.
• Oversees standardization of controls practices across locations and sites.
• Supervises training of plant control engineers and mentors staff.
• Coordinates with Engineering Directors and Plant Managers on control solutions.
