Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Rockwell PLC programming experience.
- Strong knowledge of Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix systems.
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial automation, process controls, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Program, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Rockwell PLC control systems.
- Work with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix PLC platforms.
- Support automation and controls activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing projects.
- Troubleshoot control system issues and support reliable equipment operation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation, and Validation teams.
- Ensure automation activities align with GMP requirements and applicable pharmaceutical industry standards.
- Support project execution, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, with potential progression into a Group Lead or management role.
