Job summary

United Pharma in Indianapolis is seeking an experienced Senior Controls Engineer to support pharmaceutical engineering projects. The role requires hands-on Rockwell PLC programming and work in GMP-regulated manufacturing.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Automation and Validation teams, advance automation initiatives, and have a path to Group Lead or management within about two years.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Rockwell PLC programming experience.
• Strong knowledge of Allen-Bradley ControlLogix and CompactLogix systems.
• Experience in GMP-regulated environments; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, process controls, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
