The role requires seven years of related automation experience, expertise with Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMI/SCADA, and strong communication and travel readiness to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Seven years of automation experience with HMI, SCADA, PLCs, and control system design.
• Experience in consumer products, life sciences, or beverage/food industries preferred.
• Strong client interaction skills and enterprise project execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design automation control systems and develop specifications, drawings, and documentation for high-speed manufacturing processes.
• Lead software configuration, testing, commissioning, installation, and start-up phases of automation projects.
• Take ownership of project execution including team leadership, SCADA design, PLC/HMI programming, and start-up support.
• Maintain solid client relationships and ensure high-quality, on-time deliverables.
• Troubleshoot packaging lines, process systems, and software systems; ensure minimal supervision while managing multiple projects.
