Based in Madison, WI, this hands-on leadership position requires strong communication, solid project management, and expertise with Allen-Bradley, Fanuc robotics, and FactoryTalk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in controls/electrical engineering with at least 2 years in leadership.
• Experience with industrial automation, robotics, and control systems.
• Strong project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, FactoryTalk, servo controls, and FANUC robotics preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or automated equipment environment.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
