Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of controls programming experience, with at least 3 years leading multidisciplinary automation projects.
• Extensive experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, robot, servo, or other controls programming.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex controls system designs from concept to deployment.
• Mentor and supervise Controls Engineers and Technicians.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and milestones for control projects.
• Ensure NEC/IEC safety compliance and SIL/PL requirements across designs.
• Coordinate with mechanical and electrical teams for integrated system delivery.
