Job summary

InnoTECH Staffing seeks a Senior Controls Engineer to design, build, program and deploy custom automation for industrial manufacturing clients in Southern New Hampshire. You will lead complex projects, mentor teammates, and ensure reliable, cost-effective solutions.

The role requires 7+ years in automated controls, strong PLC/servo/HMI skills, and travel within the US, mainly in MA/NH. Onsite work five days a week in Hudson, NH is expected.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in automated controls for industrial manufacturing equipment.
Ability to design, build, program and deploy automated solutions.
Experience with design reviews, proposals, and standards compliance.

Responsibilities

Design, build, program and deploy automated equipment solutions across applications.
Lead design development, reviews, and project proposals.
Translate customer requirements into automated solutions with reliability.
Mentor junior engineers and share engineering knowledge.
Travel within the US, primarily MA/NH area, for project work.
