Job summary

Qualifications

• High degree of professionalism and a strong controls background.
• Extensive PLC programming experience and motion-control proficiency.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley and RSView is a plus.
• Ability to influence senior management decisions and peers.
• Willingness to travel 50–70% across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develops high-level control strategies for all automated equipment in warehouse and manufacturing facilities.
• Creates control strategies for automated machinery including PLC-driven equipment.
• Assists with design and development of control systems for new equipment.
• Acts as Company Controls expert and provides guidance to leadership and managers.
• Establishes standardized coding rules and control procedures across manufacturing cells.
• Troubleshoots and tests control systems and trains plant maintenance teams.
