EmergencyMD is seeking a mid-senior level Controls Engineer to create and support custom automation equipment. This full-time onsite position located in Cookeville, TN, requires expertise in PLCs, HMIs, and electrical/pneumatic designs. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the custom automation industry, a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, and strong troubleshooting skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in the custom automation field.
• Ability to create and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic designs.
• Strong computer skills for designing ladder logic and machine controls.

Responsibilities

• Create electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Analyze prints and troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic designs.
• Develop and debug programs for industrial machinery processes.
• Communicate with customers to determine machine performance criteria.
