Pay Rate: $84.50/hour

Our client is seeking a Senior Controls Engineer to support the development of advanced vehicle control systems for unmanned and optionally manned ground vehicles. This role focuses on Vehicle Control Module (VCM) software development, model-based design, software requirements development, and software testing for safety-critical applications. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams supporting both prototype and production vehicle programs. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers with experience in vehicle controls, embedded software, MATLAB/Simulink development, and functional safety.
You may be a strong fit if you have hands-on experience developing vehicle control software within a MATLAB/Simulink environment and have worked on safety-critical systems for automotive, defense, off-highway, robotics, autonomous, or advanced mobility applications. Candidates with experience supporting braking systems, stability control, active safety features, autonomous vehicle controls, or functional safety initiatives are especially encouraged to apply.
