About the Role

Join a leading industrial processing organization on a contract basis to engineer and optimize Siemens PCS7 distributed control systems for advanced chemical processes—including air‑separation applications.

Key Responsibilities

• PCS7 System Configuration & Maintenance
• Configure, maintain and optimize Siemens PCS7 DCS platforms (ET200SP HA).
• Implement process control strategies to maximize efficiency and reliability.
• Troubleshooting & Support
• Diagnose and resolve control‑system issues across hardware, software and network layers.
• Provide on‑site support at domestic and international facilities (travel required).
• Develop and update control narratives, P&IDs, SOPs and test protocols.
• Work closely with operations, maintenance and cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 5-10+ years’ hands‑on experience with Siemens PCS7 systems, specifically ET200SP HA.
• Strong background in chemical process control; air‑separation experience is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other DCS platforms (e.g., Yokogawa).
• Proficiency in Siemens S7/S5 PLC programming and TIA Portal.
• Prior work in chemical manufacturing or air‑separation facilities.
