Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in control systems automation/consulting or construction industry; 8-12 preferred.
• Proficient in PLC/SCADA, HMI programming, and documentation.
• Experience with on-site commissioning and field support.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering for control system projects of all complexities.
• Collaborate to develop hardware specs and submittal documents.
• Perform PLC and HMI programming, commissioning, and on-site work.
• Ensure QA of client deliverables and adherence to standards.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and execution.
• Support proposal development with design scopes and estimates.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and clients.
• Handle monthly billing, reporting, and forecasting.
• Lead design reviews and provide construction support.
• Mentor staff and build client relationships.
