Job summary
Prysmian Group in Lexington, SC, is seeking a Controls & Automation Engineer to design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve manufacturing automation and control systems across the plant. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Controls/Automation/Mechatronics engineering or related field.
- 3-7+ years of manufacturing controls and automation experience.
- Experience supporting high-speed manufacturing processes preferred.
- Experience leading automation or capital projects preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC programs and control systems.
- Support and improve HMI and SCADA applications.
- Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and controls issues and document changes.
- Lead controls-related capital projects from concept to implementation.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical specs.
