Job summary

Cytiva in Pensacola, Florida seeks a Product Engineer II to lead and support projects resolving customer and manufacturing issues using data‑driven problem solving. You will collaborate across R&D, Quality and Manufacturing to enable new product introductions and validate designs for production readiness.

The role reports to the Senior Product Engineering Manager, is on‑site in Pensacola, and requires a BS in Engineering and 3+ years in a regulated manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years in product/process/quality engineering in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience with design transfer, validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support structured problem-solving to resolve customer and manufacturing issues.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing on New Product Introduction and design transfer.
• Own or support raw material change management with validation/verification plans.
• Analyze process and quality data to monitor capability and drive continuous improvement.
• Support change control processes ensuring proper documentation and cross-functional alignment.
