Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Supply Chain Senior Engineer to lead controls automation support at the Arlington site, delivering capital projects including budgeting, commissioning and handover, while maintaining daily plant operations.

Responsibilities include PLC/HMI/SCADA design, automation programming, cyber-security readiness, vendor management, and lifecycle support of OT infrastructure to improve safety, quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial automation and controls in manufacturing.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting PLC/HMI/SCADA systems.
• Strong Rockwell Automation and networking knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain automation standards across site projects.
• Design, test, commission PLC, HMI, SCADA and control systems.
• Lead PLC/HMI programming and modernization projects.
• Support automation strategy, digital factory initiatives, and OT infra.
• Manage capital projects including budgeting, scheduling, and handover.
• Maintain site PLCs, HMIs, networks, historians, and databases.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, IT/OT and vendors.
