Serán BioScience in Bend, Oregon seeks a Senior Controls & Calibration Technician to act as the site SME for instrumentation, control systems, and low-voltage electrical systems supporting pharmaceutical development, lab operations, and manufacturing processes.

You will design, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve process instrumentation, control panels, PLC-based systems, and automation platforms while ensuring GMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in engineering, automation, or applicable mechanical discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a federally regulated industry.

Responsabilités

• Serve as site technical lead for instrumentation, controls, and low-voltage electrical systems.
• Develops and maintains site instrumentation specifications and control panel designs.
• Own calibration program and define methodologies, standards, and maintenance frequencies.
• Lead capital projects and participate in FATs, SATs, commissioning, and validation activities.
• Coordinate with licensed electricians, contractors and system integrators on installations.
