You will drive automation, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making across sales, costs, assets, and cash flow, supporting cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, accounting, or related fields.
  • Minimum 4 years in Controlling or Finance.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, tax, forecasting, planning, reporting, financial instruments, Office and BI Tools, and KPIs.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without sponsorship.

Job description

A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial and economic reports, ensuring the accuracy of monthly closings and forecasts, and maintaining compliance with accounting and internal control policies. The professional will also drive process-improvement initiatives and support the digitalization of financial processes to increase efficiency, standardization, and data quality.

  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and audit requirements, leading monthly closings, forecasts, and planning cycles.

What You Bring (requirements)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Controlling or Finance functions.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles, internal controls, tax, controlling, forecasting, planning, reporting, financial instruments, Office and BI Tools, and KPIs.
