Job summary

Honeywell is seeking a Sr Controllership Analyst to support the Industrial Automation controllership function from our Charlotte, NC office on a hybrid schedule. You will ensure accurate financial reporting, assist the close process, and report to the Industrial Automation Assistant Controller.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Big 4 public accounting firm with mid or large-cap client exposure.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Active CPA license or in pursuit of licensure.
Proficiency in ERP systems and financial consolidation tools.
Strong analytical skills and US GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Assist day-to-day operations of the Industrial Automation SBG controllership function.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close with data accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
