Qualifications

• CPA is required.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience in retail or E-Commerce.
• Proven ability to manage high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the accounting function with emphasis on Inventory Accounting.
• Oversee the month-end close process and ensure financial reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a large accounting team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Partner with the CFO for strategic initiatives.
