Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of accounting leadership experience in consumer products sector.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and practical application of technical accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Develop and implement a periodic balance sheet review process.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
