The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5-10 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Accounting or Corporate Finance.
• Big 4 or national public accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, or renewable power is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger and payroll.
• Oversee financial close and reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with bank and loan covenants.
• Develop internal controls and accounting policies.
• Manage annual audit processes.
