Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) is seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. This strategic leader will manage financial reporting, cash flow, and guide the accounting team. Candidates should have extensive experience in manufacturing and strong GAAP compliance skills.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, with CPA preferred, and at least 10 years of accounting experience, including 5 in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.
• 5+ years in a Controller or Assistant Controller role.
• Manufacturing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process.
• Drive working capital improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.
