Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or higher is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance or accounting role.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Ability to analyze financial data and communicate results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
• Manage monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support development and implementation of financial systems and processes.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital.
• Implement contracts/financial management and ensure billing/collections.
• Update finance policies and procedures manual.
• Present critical financial matters to management.
