Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years as Controller or Assistant Controller.
• Public accounting (audit) experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare revenue recognition experience (ASC 606); PI/out-of-network experience a plus.
• Multi-entity consolidation and intercompany experience, ideally PE-backed.
• NetSuite or comparable ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual close across internal teams and vendors.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements; standardize reporting.
• Own accounting policies and implement changes in standards.
• Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 and related estimates.
• Maintain GL integrity, reconciliations and intercompany eliminations.
• Design and maintain internal controls; liaise with external auditors.
• Supervise AP, disbursements, cash forecasting and cost allocation.
• Lead accounting staff and outsourced providers; monitor performance.
