Job summary

AmaWaterways is seeking a Controller in Calabasas, CA to lead the accounting and financial reporting for US GAAP and IFRS across the company’s U.S., European and offshore operations. This permanent leadership role owns the close and reporting process, policy design, and internal controls, partnering with the CFO, auditors, lenders and the executive team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years leading teams.
• US GAAP and IFRS reporting experience required.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly, quarterly and annual close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead consolidated financial reporting under US GAAP and IFRS across entities.
• Design, implement and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors and CFO.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury and FP&A to align planning, cash and results.
