Responsibilities

• Sit with sales on deal structure before contracts are signed.
• Lean on Workday Adaptive Planning to automate processes.
• Build and maintain budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Investigate the why behind the numbers beyond reporting.
• Stress-test the annual budget against demand scenarios.
• Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors.
• Oversee the payroll run processing from gross to tax filing.
