Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of accounting and/or finance experience in public accounting or a combination of public accounting and industry experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred.
• Supervisory experience leading accounting or finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial closing process and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Champion continuous improvement in financial processes.
• Lead and develop accounting staff through coaching and performance management.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Understanding of GAAP

Strong communication skills

Process improvement experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting

MBA/MAcc, preferred
